Do I need to enter a card?+

What happens after the first year?+
We will email you well before your free year ends. If we introduce pricing later it will be simple and honest, with no surprise charge at renewal. You are always in control of whether you continue.
Is there a limit on deadlines or recipients?+
No. You get the full statutory calendar for your entity, and you can add your CA and team as reminder recipients without any extra fee.
Does the price include filing the forms?+
No. Smriti is a reminder service, not a filing service. We track and remind, and you (or your CA) file on the MCA, GST or Income Tax portal. Smriti is not legal or tax advice.
